About the event
The Emotional Café is an immersive workshop where we move beyond the idea of emotions as positive or negative, good or bad. Together, we’ll open space to explore them as valuable signals that deepen understanding, strengthen connection, and reveal the wisdom they carry. Through guided conversation, reflection, and creative activities, you’ll discover new ways of relating to emotions — in yourself and in others — café style, in community.
